One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered whn88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. whn88 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts; accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and balances reviewed.

KYC Verification: whn88 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or following a change in account information. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification, accompanied by proof of address where required. Withdrawal requests are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to available withdrawal channels. whn88's target processing time for withdrawal requests is under five minutes from the time the request is confirmed and approved.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

No Withdrawal Fees: whn88 does not charge any fee for withdrawals. The full requested amount in IDR will be transferred to your nominated account or e-wallet. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider upon receipt are outside of whn88's control.

General Bonus Conditions:

• The Player has provided false registration information or failed to complete required KYC verification.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegal activity.
